Every new office contract starts with a mandatory one‑off deep clean rather than us just taking over the existing schedule.

This “Office Reset” is designed to bring the building back up to a strong standard before we begin regular cleaning.

Depending on the site, this can include:

  • Full deep clean of offices, toilets, kitchens and corridors
  • High‑level dusting (tops of cabinets, vents, ledges where safely accessible)
  • Internal glass and partition cleaning
  • Deep clean of kitchen/break areas, including cupboards and fridge (if emptied)
  • Carpet cleaning in high‑traffic areas/walkways
  • Machine floor cleaning/buffing where appropriate (subject to access to a buffer)

This is charged as a one‑off setup fee, which we call the Rejuve Office Reset.

Step 2: Ongoing Office Care Plan

After the Office Reset, we move the client onto a fixed weekly Office Care Plan, instead of just quoting an hourly rate.

The weekly price is based on the number of visits and labour hours needed to maintain the standard we set during the reset.

For example, one of our current contracts runs at 5 visits per week with 5 labour hours per visit, charged as a simple weekly amount rather than “£X per hour”.

The key message is that you are paying for a result and a consistent standard, not just commodity cleaning hours.
